「天河部落」是國內著名的教學日誌之一，自2005年啟動，是一個基於BLOG技術，面向全市開放的教學研究平臺，旨在營造教研氛圍，在交流對話、溝通協調、互助合作中共同發展。
日誌內採用綜合分類及學科分類方式呈現。在這裡，教師可利用網誌積累和梳理自己的知識，積累與學生共同成長的點點滴滴。透過構建資源和互相學習，促進知識的轉化、生成、傳播和利用，實現區域教研的可持續發展。

Hong Kong IT in Education Symposium 2008 has been held from 2-3 May 2008 at Pui Ching Middle School. The English Language Focus Group of IT in Education Section (EDB) joined the parallel session on 2 May 2008 in presenting how theBlog can assist language learning with experience sharing on English teaching with blog in both Primary and Secondary schools.
