n           60多場研討會及講座，涵蓋熱門教育議題，如電子學習於各學科的應用、利用評估促進學生學習、遊戲為本學習、照顧學習差異等。大會特別邀得Stephen Heppell教授、戴希立校長及何定邦醫生，分別探討有關學與教的未來發展、人才的培育及過度活躍症等議題；

n           香港教育城邀請不同專 家為老師預備實用錦囊，例如：為文憑試做好準備-利用網上試題庫分析學生應試能力、資源搜購及課堂教學應用等等；

n           優質教育基金則在各種範疇上邀請了不同的教育機構分享科目或題目上的策略；

The Hong Kong Education City has scheduled to hold an annual professional development event of “Learning and Teaching Expo 2011” in Hall 5G at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) on 28 and 29 June 2011. The LTE 2011 aims to foster an ongoing professional exchange on the latest development of learning and teaching resources, trend, products and services in the teaching community.

This year, the theme “ Explore‧The Way of Learning” targets to attract over 10,000 professionals in this field from Hong Kong and overseas. LTE 2011 will definitely help the exchange of experiences and knowledge between Hong Kong and other regions.

n           Over 100 exhibition booths hosted by universities, schools, IT companies of educational publishing, academic organizations and government departments, etc from Hong Kong, Mainland China, Singapore, Australia, UK and Poland, which will introduce the latest educational resources (e.g. 3D teaching software, dynamic game, etc.), products, services and partnership projects;

n           Over 60 seminars and forums covers education-related hot topics, such as the application of e-learning in different subjects, promote learning through assessments, game-based learning, catering diversities in learning progress, etc. The organiser had invited well-known educators and medical professional, including Professor Stephen Heppell, Principal Mr. Tai Hay-lap, JP and Dr. Ho Ting Pong to share the topics on “Learning and teaching in the third millennium”, “The Implication of China’s Development on Education” and “Myths of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder”.

n           Hong Kong Education City has invited different professionals to share the practical skills with teachers, such as “Get ready for HKDSE - Using Online Question Bank to analyze student’s ability to prepare for exam” and “Sourcing resources and e-Learning in classroom”, etc.  

n           Quality Education Fund has invited various education organizations to share their strategies on different subjects and topics 

n           Well-known professionals from commercial sectors has been invited to share their experiences which include, Disney Youth Programs, Synergy Education Provider Co. Ltd., Educational Publishing House Ltd., Hong Kong School Net, EP-Sof Solutions Consulting Co., Ltd., GrandTech C.G. Systems Inc., Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) Ltd., Leapa Limited, Ruijie Network, Microsoft Hong Kong, Innoverz Limited and Sound Waves English Education, etc.

·    Various kinds of giveaways have been prepared by the exhibitors for the visitors. Besides, consultation services and multiple discounts will be offered as well in the Expo.

促進教師持續專業發展分享會   

         在粉嶺救恩書院裡，已踏入第二個年頭。回顧這兩年的教學生涯，有不少難忘的經歷，在教學方面也有不同的挑戰。最高興是看見學生的改變和成長，自己亦在教學専業上不斷改進。

         學校給予新任教師的「良師益友(Mentor, Mentee and Buddy)」計劃是其中一個最能幫助我適應在教學上所面對的困難。學校安排資深同事成為自己的 Mentor，回想去年我的 Mentor 時常與我分享教學心得，亦會抽空作課堂觀課，給予適當的教學意見。過程中我感到 Mentor 的支持和鼓勵，並更容易面對及解決困難。而今年除了有 Mentor 的支援外，我也成為一位新入職同事的Buddy，我們三人會定期一起吃飯，交流心得，互相支持。

         在班級經營方面，我與一位較資深的同事拍檔成為班主任，陪伴學生經歷中四及中五兩年。我們互相學習，互相提點，取長補短，幫助學生全方位發展。當班中同學出現問題時，我們會彼此配合，讓同學得到適切的幫助。另外，我很欣賞學校注重學生的靈育發展，安排每班最少一位基督徒教師為班主任，除令同學在靈育上得到適當的發展外，亦加深非基督徒同事對信仰的了解。

         此外，我和其他新入職同事可定期到不同科 任老師及不同班級作課堂觀課，學習不同同工的教學方式及課堂管理技巧；同時，其他同事也可到我的課堂觀課，並給予鼓勵和意見，能互相學習之餘，亦有助提升教學質素和提高教師自信。此外，同事們每天都會抽時間在教員室內互相交流課堂情況和教學進度，互勵互勉。我實在非常享受這些專業的教學交流及互相學習的文化。

粉嶺救恩書院 許健迪老師

初踏進粉嶺救恩書院，便會有種踏實的感覺，總覺得是團隊的工作，不會是孤軍作戰，永遠都會有強大後盾的支持。

在八月時，新入職同事與校內資深同事見面，藉此互相認識，互相建立關係；亦令我這位新同事感受到校內同事間的合作精神和知道在校內工作並不是「獨腳戲」。當天，現職同事除對新入職同事簡介學校的教育方針與核心價值，亦透過討論與情境探討刺激新同事思考學校的教學理念，除了令我們明白，亦令我們思考。此外，那天也有小組角色扮演時間，資深同事預先預備一些校內的教學情景，透過小組討論，新舊同事一起商討適當的處理方法和技巧，加強我們對學校的了解和對新學年的心理準備，為我們打了一支強心針。

在整個學年裡，學校都會定期舉辦新老師工作坊，各科資深同事和新入職同事也會參與其中，各自分享教學經驗與心得，了解新入職同事的教學情況與疑難及提供建議，藉此互相鼓勵，我亦十分感謝同事的分享與支持，一直陪伴著我在教學路上成長。最深刻的是撰寫成績報告書前的工作坊，成績報告書是本校特色之一，因此學校會在新同事撰寫成績報告書前舉辦工作坊，讓我們了解撰寫成績報告書背後的理念，也提供成績報告書的樣本讓同事參閱，討論如何能既具體又鼓勵性地指出同學的學習情況和有待改善之處，這次的工作坊幫助我們將理念轉化為實踐，在撰寫的過程裡，我從資深的同事身上學習，學習他們的技巧，也學習他們的態度，學習他們對學生無私的愛和付出，我們所做的一切，旨在希望同學能從我們的評語和建議中有所得著，繼續進步，邁向成功。

為了配合師訓與師資諮詢委員會於二零零八/零九學年起推廣至全港公營學校的「教師入職啟導計劃」，教育局舉辦了教師啟導培訓課程2009。鑑於課程取得了積極的回應，教育局現再委託香港中文大學，舉辦教師啟導培訓課程2010，詳情如下：
