什麼是Creative Commons (CC) 授權?

> Creative Commons 授權是數種自由版權授權條款，容許作者向其他人分享自己的作品。相對於傳統版權保護的「保留所有權利(All Right Reserved)」，作者透過CC 可以「保留部份權利(Some Right Reserved)」。例如以Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 授權的作品，其他人即可在表彰原作者(Attribution) 及非商業的情況下(Noncommercial)自由分享該作品；並且在以相同授權發佈衍生作品的情況下，可透過修改原作品衍生其他創作。

為什麼要求參賽習作使用CC 授權?

> 透過使用CC 授權，參賽作品的成果可以更有效地散佈及讓更多人接觸得到。在參賽同學及學校得到表彰以及非商業用的情況下，作品可以自由分享（例如在課堂上複印及派發予同學），令是次計劃的成果有更大機會被各方參考。
